If you’re looking for a unique gift for someone special this Holiday season, check out Elizabeth Lindsay Creations, an artist-owned store in Cherry Creek North that has beautiful jewelry, handbags, scarves and other ladies accessories.  Although the store hosts a wide selection of affordable gifts, its Lindsay’s “Token Tags” that have been getting a lot of attention lately.

“Token Tags” are customizable sterling silver tags that Lindsay hand stamps with names, dates, sayings or anything else a customer wants to display.   Lindsay created her first token tag in memory of her cat, Justice.   Soon after, people were stopping her on the street and asking where they could get their own. "It's something you wear close to your heart, like a charm bracelet, but it's a charm necklace," said Lindsay. "They're all customized, so every single piece on there is a memory of something that you hold dearest to you.

Recently Elizabeth Lindsay has designed token tags for many celebrities, including Felicity Huffman and Whoopie Goldberg.   This past fall, when the Colorado Rockies played the Phillies in the Playoffs, the wives of the Rockies players gave Token Tags to the Phillies’ wives.  Lindsay also produces tags to benefit many charities, including In Defense of Animals and the John Wayne Cancer Foundation.
