Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Business Member. Your participation will bring value not only to your business, but to our entire community.

There are two steps to starting your membership:

1. Fill out the following Membership Application, which will provide us with the necessary information to qualify you for membership.

2. When you submit your application, you'll be directed to set up your monthly payment via paypal subscription, using any bank account or credit card you prefer. Membership fees are $17.50 per month, for a minimum of six months.

Please note: By filling out this form, you are joining the Mile High Business Alliance, and are agreeing to pay the applicable membership fee of $17.50 per month.
