Business Development Workshop 1

Need to improve sales? Empower your sales team? Having problems keeping good employees? Getting more customers in the door? Working on new strategy? Building loyalty?

These workshops are not lectures or teachings. They are business design sessions. We will be working company by company to design the business architecture needed to realize whatever goals have been set to achieve. If you would like to double the revenue in your company, then we will design how to do it. If you would like to turn your company over to someone to work on something else, we will design the architecture for that. If you want to double, triple, or quadruple your sales/clients, we can do that too.

Yes, these results are a matter of thinking through the details of design elements needed and then ruthless implementation of that design. Most of the time, people work harder in order to produce more results. I am for hard work. I am even more for smart and designed work. The more sessions you attend, the more trained you will become in designing from business outcomes. All you need is a pad and a pen.

THE FIRST SESSION IS FREE FOR MHBA MEMBERS AND $20 FOR NON-MEMBERS. Sessions 2-6 (April-August) will be $20 for members, and $40 for non-members when you register in advance ($5 more at the door) No, you don't need to attend them all. But you'll get more out of it the more you come to.
