A Message From President/CEO, Ceyl Prinster
We have received many questions about how the current economic crisis is affecting CEF's ability to lend money to Colorado's small businesses. I am happy to report that our funding base is stronger than ever due to our broad base of public and private sector supporters and that we are proactively lending to businesses all across the State. (See article below on a new bank investor in our fund.) Although some business owners are feeling the effects of the general business slow down, we continue to support them with loans and technical assistance to keep them on solid financial ground. Please spread the word that Colorado Enterprise Fund is ready to lend to businesses who do not qualify for bank loans - just like we have been doing for the last 32 years!
