I don’t know about all of you, but I’m happy to see 2010 come and put 2009 behind me! I’ve gone through so many personal and business ups and downs this year and I’m ready for the new year! One of the many decisions I’ve had to make is what to do with my mortgage career of 25 years. Even though the industry FINALLY appears to be rebounding, I’ve made the long overdue decision to take a break and focus on my passions, which are as most of you know, 303Network and Zclub. 303Network is my networking group and Zclub is a monthly membership company. When I took over 303Network over a year ago, I did so with the intent to grow my mortgage business and connect other business owners. In March of this year, I made the decision to partner 303Network with Zclub and continue to manage a mortgage team. Since that time, the realization came to me that I have lost my passion for the mortgage industry. Sooooooo, I get to put all of my focus on 303Network and Zclub! Yay!

I run the networking division of Zclub (Z in the 303), which includes 303Network and several other networking groups. We're also developing several more divisions: Leads groups, Chambers of Commerce, Multi Level Marketing, Gay and Lesbian, Education, Finance…the list goes on and on because the opportunities are endless. I’m thrilled to be part of a start-up company with exponential success potential, which all of you can be a part of as well. For businesses, we offer FREE marketing and promoting in exchange for offering our members “exclusive” non-public discounts. Our success in growing our monthly membership lies in our ability to grow our business partner database. I’d love to market and promote for you and your business for FREE.

Our membership enables you to pay $10/mo to get free and discounted items from the businesses on our website, which include cocktails and bottle parties for the drinkers and partiers, and for the non-drinkers like me, spa and salon services, restaurants, shopping, golf, health and fitness, limousine service, business and legal services, and on and on..again, check them out on the website www.zclubco.com. We also provide $50 in gift cards when you enroll and an additional $20 each month in gift cards. It truly is the membership that pays for itself (and them some!) We rotate our gift cards with our business owners who are happy to provide them to drive business to them that they wouldn’t already have. You can become a business partner or a member, or both.

Some of you have signed up for membership but have not started the monthly billing process, which needs to be done to complete your membership enrollment. Beginning in January, we will be hosting several events, including business AND social networking, pub crawls, Z Comedy at Comedy Works, Educational seminars, Singles Events, Happy Hour Events, Charity Events and more! We did our first Pub Crawl at the Landmark in November, “The Landmark Crawl”, and it was a great success! Zclub members got to go to four different bars, get a free drink from each place, plus additional drink AND appetizer discounts AND $5 Comedy Works tickets for a headliner! Upcoming events will include 303Network on some events and some will be other groups that have become Zclub business partners. In addition to all of the membership perks listed above, Zclub members ALSO get to attend all events for free or discounted prices.
