A Discussion on Sustainable Purchasing

Join us and other interested people in the community on Wednesday, August 15th for a CORE breakfast. The topic of the morning is, "Your Stake in a Responsible Economy: Sustainable Purchasing." 

Mickki Langston, the Executive Director of Mile High Business Alliance will be a speaker at the event. She will present on the importance of local sourcing and provide an update on federal and local legislative initiatives that might affect Colorado businesses' procurement practices.

Newly Launched Greener Denver Business Program

Greenprint Denver, The Denver Office of Economic Development and Connected Organizations for a Responsible Economy (CORE) recently launched the new Greener Denver Business program, a collaborative initiative supporting local businesses interested in greening their operations.

Green Frontier Fest Photos

We loved the Green Frontier Fest. Solar oven brownies, people-powered trains, Daryl Hannah and lots of sunshine. The Mile High Business Alliance joined a hundred businesses and several non-profit groups to share the latest in goods and services that are more sustainable (and more local).
