Workshop Registration Terms & Conditions

We guarantee that our workshops will provide practical solutions for your business that you can implement right away. If you do not feel as if the workshop met your expectations, we will provide a full refund, according to the terms and conditions listed here. Registration in a workshop indicates your full acceptance of these terms.



Transfers and Refunds

Full payment is due at time of registration. Registration fees are not transferrable to another company, and transfers to another individual within your company are only accepted with at least 3 days notice prior to the workshop.

We are happy to provide a refund if we fail to deliver the value promised. We do not provide refunds for a participant's failure to fully participate.

Full Refunds are only given when all of the following are true:

  1. You completed the pre-workshop self-assessment prior to the workshop.
  2. You attended the entire workshop session, without arriving late or leaving early.
  3. You requested the refund the same day of the workshop.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the workshop via check.

Cancellations and Credits

If you need to cancel your workshop for any reason, please note the following cancellation terms:
  1. Cancellations at least 36 hours in advance may apply their workshop fee to another workshop within the next six months. Unused credits expire after six months.
  2. All other cancellations, including no-shows, will not receive a refund or credit for their registration fee.
